She was predeceased by: her spouse Joseph; her parents, Joseph MacAulay and Euphemia MacAulay; her children, Garry, Allan and Joanne; and her siblings, Mary MacMillan and Reggie MacAulay.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Irene MacSwain (Stewart), Teresa MacKinnon (Bob Glover), Barbie Thompson (Robbie) and Paul MacKinnon (Lori Lawless); her children-in-law, Becky MacKinnon, Joan MacKinnon and Gerald Dykerman; and her grandchildren, Robert, Mark, Timmy, Mallory, Jocelyn, Elizabeth, Kate, Sarah, Jeff, Philip, Allan, Bradley, Charity, Cameron, Hannah, Matthew, Amanda, Emily, Benjamin and Annie.
