He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Phillips and Mae Phillips (Smallman); his former wife Marie; his grandson Jesse; and his siblings, Irma Wood, Florence Collicutt and Erwin Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Alma Phillips; his grandchildren, Cherrie, Christopher (Cheryl), Kristen (Mitchell), Jeremy (Kate), Brian, Dylan, Mitchell (Karen), Angela (Mark), Ashley (Michael) and Marcus (Kelly); his stepchildren, Vance MacLean, Lisa MacLean (Andrew), Janice (Wensel Harris) and Lorna MacLean; his sister Lillian MacLeod (Errison); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Gorrill (Keith) and Verne Collicutt.
