She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus MacLean and Helen MacLean (Morrison); her former husband Robert Shaw; her brother Hedley MacLean; and her brother-in-law Alton Harris.
She is survived by: her husband Harry Bryanton; her children, Wade Shaw (Joanne), Cape Wolfe, Trent Shaw (Ivy) of Yarmouth, NS, Kim Smith (Brent), Dean Shaw (Sandra), Rodney Shaw (Susan) and Haliburton; her stepchildren, Pauline Peters (Norman), Unionvale, Brenda Costain (Richard) and Woodstock; her grandchildren, Jason (Jody), Chris (Ashley), Ashley (Rob), Travis, Jeremy, Joshua (Justine), Kelsey, Amelia, Bobby, Shelby, Ryan, Amanda, Rodney, Jeffrey (Bonnie), Vanessa (Marcel) and Jordan (Tanner); her great grandchildren, Lenni, Drake, Logan and Emily; and her sisters, Florence Harris and Margaret Mitchell (Douglas).
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, private visiting and funeral service will be held on Saturday for invited guests only.
In memory of Dorothy in lieu of flowers, memorials to O'Leary Community Health Foundation (Palliative Care Unit) or Springfield West Baptist Cemetery would be appreciated.
