He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Thomson and Muriel Thomson (Phillips); and his brother Myron. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Thomson (Dumville); and his children, Steven, Howlan, Karen MacPhee, Fortune Cove and Carl.
