With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alycia Weir (Morell, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on June 6, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herb McDermid and Mary McDermid (Flynn); her siblings, Michael and Kaye; her nephew Kevin; her daughter-in-law Angela; her granddaughter-in-law Melissa; and her great grandchild Layla.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lorraine, Veronica and Bernadette; and her children, Michael, Maureen, Alan, Alma, David and Duane.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to York Care Foundation or a charity of one's choice in Alycia's name.
