He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryce Kemp and Caroline Kemp (Creed); his children, Karry Ann and John Blair; and his siblings, Roy, Kevin and Debbie.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Kemp (Campbell); his children, Sherry Fitzpatrick (Paul), Tanya Kemp and Christopher Kemp (Bobbi); and his siblings, Laverne MacDonald, Isabelle MacEachern (Doug), Betty London, Helen Stewart (Doug), Kenny Kemp (Marcel), Jackie Kemp and David Kemp. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
