He was predeceased by: his son Albert Cook; his sisters, Aileen MacLure and Nanette Trainor; his parents, Robert Cook and Christine Cook; and his parents-in-law, Albert and Lena Penny.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Cook (Penny); his daughter Anne Crane (Trent); his grandchildren, Melissa (Nathan) and Calvin (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Oliver, Grayson, Ella and Levi; his sister Dolly Buell; and his siblings-in-law, Roy Penny (Lisa), Georgina Munn and Faye Dort.
