It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Francis Gardiner (Montague, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on November 8, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Gardiner and Marguerite Gardiner (MacDonald); his son-in-law Todd Lunn; his siblings, Anna Mae Baxter (Tom), Yvonne Bassman (Cy), Norma Jean Leicher (Lou), Marian, Clifton and Keith; and his siblings-in-law, Dordie MacPherson, Carol Doucette and Jerry Victor.
He is survived by: his children, Treena Butler (Curtis), Yvette Lunn, Robie Gardiner (Tammy) and Hailey Osborne (Steven); his grandchildren, Tyler (Kendra), Tylan (Kyla), Paige (Eugene), Darius, Hudson (Raelin), Jock, Sadie, Nyx, Willa and Nash; his great grandchildren, Mason, Elowyn and Charlie; his sisters, Geraldine Cameron (Johnnie), Noreen MacPherson, Phyllis Theriault (Fred), Donna MacDonald (Carl), Carol Companion (Larry) and Darlene Gardiner; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Gardiner, Joanne Gardiner, Marie O'Holloran (Charlie) and Billy Victor (Ronelda).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home (40 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A1R0). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home Chapel (40 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A1R0).
