He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Suzanne (Johnston); his daughters, Frieda Billard (Gary MacLeod) and Florence MacDonald (Scott); his grandsons, Marcus Ford (Kelsey) and Lucas Ford; his great grandchildren, Tucker and Suzie; and his parents, Ralph Billard and Margaret Billard (Stamp).
