She was predeceased by: her husband George "Dordie" MacPherson; her parents, Joseph Gardiner and Marguerite Gardiner (MacDonald); her son-in-law Michael MacDonald; her granddaughter-in-law Lisa MacLean; and her siblings, Anna Mae Baxter (Tom), Yvonne Bassman (Cy), Clifton Gardiner, Norma Jean Leicher (Lou), Robert "Bobby" Gardiner (Dianne), Keith Gardiner and Marian Gardiner.
She is survived by: her children, Gailyne MacPherson, Colleen MacDonald, George MacPherson (Roger Sigouin), Anthony "Tony" MacPherson (Bruno Berube), Bernie MacDonald (Cathy Ann) and Arnold Moore (Darlene Coughlin); her grandchildren, Brett MacLean (Dometria MacIsaac), Morgan MacLean, Cassie MacLean (Corey Mullett) and Jesse MacDonald; her great grandchildren, Meredith MacLean, Anna Mullett and Aliyah MacDonald; her sisters, Geraldine Cameron (Johnnie), Phyllis Theriault (Fred), Donna MacDonald (Carl), Carol Companion (Larry) and Darlene Gardiner; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Gardiner and Joanne Gardiner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home (40 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A1R0). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. George's Catholic Church. A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at the Parish Cemetery.
