He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Leonard and Dr. Margaret Page. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Rodd; his children, Melinda Page Orum, Brett Page, David Page and Harriet Page; his brother Roger Page; and his grandchildren, Wreford Orum, Honorelise Orum and Elodie Page.
