She was predeceased by: her husband Grant P. Dixon; her parents, William John and Mary Hannah Carver; her siblings, Fred, Otis, Tom Carver, Marjorie Mellish, Sadie Dixon and Rachel MacKinnon; and her daughter-in-law Tina Dixon Resting.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Heather) of Charlottetown, PEI, Heath (Kelly) of Fredericton, NB, Patti King (Kent) of Georgetown, PEI and Gordon (Terri) of Stillwater Lake, NS.; her grandchildren, Mandy, Amy, Joel, Phillip Dixon, Jarrett King (Jessica) and Christy Murdock-Valyear (Sean); her great grandchildren, Ryan, Bodie Dixon (Summer) and Tyler Valyear; her sister Mary Ella Matheson; her niece Jeanette Higginbotham; and her sisters-in-law, Florence, Minnie Carver, Shirley Clow, Gertie Collings (Darrell), Bertha and Laura Dixon. She is also survived by her cousins, nieces and nephews.
