He is survived by: his wife Louise Shepard; his children, Kevin Campbell, Trevor Campbell (Pamela), Pamela Campbell, Adam Campbell and Kendra Campbell; his siblings, Barbara Fraser, Florence Carver, Bertha Dixon, Charles Campbell (Barbara) and Carl Campbell; and his sister-in-law Katherine Campbell. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
