He is survived by: his wife Lillian Carr (Corbett); his children, Lisa Clow (Johnny), Lauralee LeClair (Rodney), Richard Carr (Barb), Ralph Carr, Adam Carr (Amanda), Cathy Carr (Robbie), Terry and William; his grandchildren, Joshua (Alyssa), Jordan (Kailey), Jessie (Amber), Nevaeh, Ciera and Morgan; his great grandchild Keiran; his siblings, Steven Carr (Lisa), Mary Sherren (Jimmy), June Carr (Dave) and Colene Carr; his brother-in-law John Peters; his nieces and nephews, Lauriena and Shawn; and his godchildren, Billy Joe Carr and Victoria Winters. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
