With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Ruth Dixon (Montague, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on May 12, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Dixon of Gaspereaux, PE and Lilly Dixon of Gaspereaux, PE; her siblings, Everette Stanley (Sadie), Archie Stanley (Lucy), Eldon Stanley (Velma), Grant Stanley, Claude Stanley, Baby Stanley, Thelma Lillian, Myrtle Lillian, Edith Lillian (Laurie) and Baby Lillian; her nephews, Robbie, Blaine, Kilven and Kent; her great-nephew Steve; and her great-niece Kelsie.
She is survived by: her sisters, Gertie (Derrell) and Shirley; and her sister-in-law Laura. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations to the charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
