He was predeceased by: his wife Muriel Shaw (MacDonald); his parents, Daniel Shaw and Maie Shaw (MacLaren); his daughter Heather; his granddaughters, Helen, Laura and Lorna; his siblings, Donald Shaw (Hannah) and Christine Shaw; his brothers-in-law, Bruce Myers, Alvin Myers and Jackie Webster; and his great grandchild Amelia.
He is survived by: his children, Corinne MacDonald (Ian), Shane Shaw (Karen), Ferne Drake (Barry Blackett), Walter Shaw (Gail), Robert Shaw (Wendy), Carol Crane (Brendon) and Stacey MacEachern (Darren); and his sisters, Emily Myers, Marina Myers, Adele Webster, Roberta Pocklington (Ron) and Lola Shaw. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Lorne Valley Cemetery or St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Cardigan would be appreciated.
