In the vast expanse of eternity, Howard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Howard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his mother Eileen Doherty. He is survived by: his father Paul Doherty (Sharon); his close friend Tena MacLeod; his children, Emery Doherty (Danielle), Avery Doherty (Caitlyn), Keyshia Doherty (Darien) and Gage MacDonald; and his siblings, David McDermott and Debbie McDermott. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many great friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home (40 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A1R0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ferguson Logan Funeral Chapel (40 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A1R0).
