He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Hume and Abena Hume (Daley); his former wife Helen Mae Hume (Sanders); his sister Marion Davidson (Walter); his niece Lynn Hume; and his brother-in-law Sterling Sanders.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Rosalee Kyritsis (Rob), Randy Hume (Donna Mae) and Bobby Hume (Kim Purdy); his grandchildren, Michael (Sarah), Christy (Mitch), Rebeccah (David), Kelsie (Logan), Abbie (Connor), Ashley and Riley (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Mason, Brycen and Emmett; his siblings, Barry Hume (Ester) and Lucy Hume; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Sanders and Lea Sanders (Beth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
