She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander MacRae; her parents, Joseph Cook and Elsie Cook (MacDonald); her son William MacRae; her son-in-law Winston Hancock; her son John; her daughter-in-law Terri MacRae; her daughter Elizabeth; her son-in-law Stephen Newton; and her siblings, Dan Cook, Richard Cook, Gladys MacLeod (John) and Catherine Cook.

She is survived by: her children, Sandy Macrae (Jean), Dan MacRae (Marion), Marion Dunphy (Tom), Mary Hancock, Brenda Atkinson (Bill), Isabel (Steve Jardine), Alfred MacRae, Louise Jenkins (Roland) and Stephen MacRae (Nancy); and her brother Alfred Cook (Muriel). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
