He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold and Mary; and his common-law partner Marjorie Jeffrey. He is survived by: his partner Jeanene Healey; his son Forest Fall (Ethel); and his siblings, Margaret Kitson (late William), Vera Steele (late Eddie), Mary Lutz (late Jack) and James Fall Forest (late Ann).
