He is survived by: his spouse Michele (Dupuis); his children, Megan (Haiti Tynes) and Ian (Sandra Fildes); his sister Sue Markendale (Steve); his sister-in-law Susan Dupuis (Doug); his nieces, Sarah, Vanessa (Owen), Lucinda (Steven) and England; and his friend James McConnell.
