He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Zaat and Cornelia Zaat (Halkes); his daughters, Theresa Maloney and Karin Antolick; and his siblings, Pater, Nico, Aat, Gerry, Jan Zaat and Corrie JanssenCon.
He is survived by: his children, Judy, Steve (Sarah) and Jeff Zaat (Julie); and his sisters, Leida Froklage and Nellie Zaat.
Once retired Con continued sharing his musical gifts, directing choirs, volunteering at the Alzheimer's Society, and entertaining at manors and nursing homes all over PEI.
