He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion MacKenzie and Norman MacKenzie; and his siblings, Ruth MacDonald, Norma MacNeil, Elaine MacNeil, Bill MacKenzie and Donnie MacKenzie.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Claire MacKenzie and Howard MacNeil (Burnt Point); his nieces and nephews, Kim, Darcy (Patti), Michelle (Geoff), Greg, Vern (Teresa), Gary (Dawn), Darryl, Ryan (Christine) and Ian; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, JD, Brooklyn, Will, Conor Eloise (Julia), Colette, Hailey (Patrick), Ava, Katie Aryana (Sam), Kelley, Maverick, Chris, Amy and Sarena.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home (40 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A1R0). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home Chapel (40 Wood Islands Rd, Montague, PE C0A1R0). A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Cemetery (268 Shore Rd, Cardigan, PE C0A1G0).
Memorial donations may be made in Garth's memory to the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Cemetery Fund, Cardigan.
