He was predeceased by: his parent Chester Strickland; and his brothers-in-law, Aubrey, Alfred, Dale and Jackie.
He is survived by: his spouse Elva Strickland (Moore); his parent Elsie Strickland (Penny); his children, Anthony (Shelley) and Richard; his brother Eugene (Carol); his stepgrandchildren, Wilfred Campbell (Lise) and Jordan Campbell (Amelia); his niece Ruth Moore; and his siblings-in-law, Vaughn Gosbee, Mina Conway, Beverly Walsh (Ralph), Marlene Whiteway (Danny), Blaine Moore (Brenda) and Elton Moore.
