With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Anne Marie Bernard (Lennox Island, Prince Edward Island), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025 at the age of 71. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Bernard Sr. and Marina (Sark); and her sister Barbara Bernard. She is survived by: her children, Anne Marie Bernard (Michael Foucault) of Ontario, Colleen Bernard and Michael Bernard (Teresa); her grandchildren, Cheryl Bernard (Cody), Curtis Bernard (Jelissa Chaisson), Tyler Bernard (Crystal), Christen Foucault, James Foucault, Chad Peters (Jennifer Levi), Charmaine Myers, Colby Bernard, Mya Farris and Mitchell Guimond; her siblings, Ester O'Reilly (Ron), Sharon Matthews, Stephen Bernard Jr., Mary Jane Bernard (Richard Guimond), Mary Sark (Darcy), Melvin Bernard and Peewee Peters; and her nieces and nephews, Cheyenne Francis, Savannah Guimond, Jordan Bernard and Mitchell Guimond.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel (210 Sweetgrass Trail, Lennox Island Indian Reserve No. 1, PE C0B1P0). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anne's Roman Catholic Church.
