She was predeceased by: her parents, George "Dewey" Irving and Bertha Irving (McLeod); her husband Wilbert Muttart; her son David; her stepson Earl; her great grandchild Joseph Louis Murray; and her siblings, George Irving, Wilfred Irving, Sonny Irving, Ronnie Hansen, Franklin Irving, Ephran Irving and Tina Macina.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Jean Legge (Bill); her daughter-in-law Jean Muttart (Blair); her stepdaughter Lenore Leavy; her grandchildren, Chris Legge (Kristen), Kelly Legge, Jason Muttart (Suzanne), Corey Muttart, Raymond Leavy, Rhonda McCuaig (Brian), Deborah Comer (Ken), Mary Lynn and Earlene Murray (Dale); her siblings, Lyla Durette and Roy Irving; her siblings-in-law, Joyce Irving, Roxanne Hansen, Dal Durette, Tony Macina, Gisele Irving and Patricia Irving; and her stepchildren-in-law, Genevieve and Johnny. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren, and 28 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations in Norma's memory can be made to the Palliative Care Unit at the Prince County Hospital or the St. Peter's Church Cemetery Fund, Seven Mile Bay.
