She was predeceased by: her parents, William Forsyth and Elizabeth Forsyth (Cubitt); her parents-in-law, Clarence and Hazel Clark (Aitken); her daughter Pamela Clark; and her sister Margaret Forsyth.

She is survived by: her husband Dr. Maurice Clark; her children, Jane Brebner (Andrew), Melanie Maxwell (Philip), Maurice Jr. (Maureen) and Bronwyn Clark (Vincent Rabil); and her grandchildren, Kris, Graham, Jesse, D'Arcy, Patrick, Ashley, Tara, Courtney, Katie, Rebecca, Erin, Maddy, Chelsea, Shannon and Samantha.
