He is survived by: his mother Betty (Kiehne); his wife Julia Cairns of Halifax; his siblings, Steve Brown (Renee) and Paula Beal (Brad); his siblings-in-law, Michael Cairns (Anne) and Jennifer Cairns; his mother-in-law Nancy Cairns; and his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Will, Taylor (Jeremy), Reagan (Jake), Zack (Tayla), Sophia, Eli and Brooks.
