He was predeceased by: his parents, George Stein and Lillian Stein (Albert) of Saint John, NB.; his former wife Dorothy Stein (Guilfoil); his son Ricky Stein; his brothers, Donald Stein of Saint John, NB, Raymond (Joy) and George Jr.; his niece Debbie Stein; his nephew Roger Breau Jr.; and his parents-in-law, Eric and Marjorie MacMurdo (Blakney) of Kelvin Grove, PEI..
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Stein (MacMurdo); his children, Tammy Pickering (Billy) of Sea View, PEI., Robert Stein (Gay), David Stein, Terry Stein, Stephen Stein and Brenda Stein; his grandchildren, Robert Stein (Louise) of Moose Creek, ON, Ryan Pickering (De Billows) of Breton, AB, Kerry Pickering (Tom Hearn) and Brad Pickering (Mallory Harding) of Margate, PE.; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Catherine and Aura LeClair; his sister Jennie (late Doug McManus); and his siblings-in-law, Georgie Stein, Gwennyth (late Eric), Nancy Corbett (late Bill) of Summerside, PEI. and Wallace MacMurdo.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no public visitation.
