He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley Clark (Forsyth); his parents, Clarence Clark and Hazel Clark (Aitken); his daughters, Pamela Clark and Melanie Maxwell; his siblings, Oscar (Phyllis), Eldon, Vernon (Betty), Lorraine Barnard (Roy) and Merlyn (Gloria); his parents-in-law, Elizabeth (Cubitt) and William Forsyth; and his sister-in-law Margaret Forsyth.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Brebner (Andrew), Maurice Jr. (Maureen) and Bronwyn Clark (Vincent Rabil); his grandchildren, Kris, Graham, Jesse, D'Arcy, Patrick, Ashley, Tara, Courtney, Katie, Rebecca, Erin, Maddy, Chelsea, Shannon and Samantha; and his pet Rusty.
