She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Chapell and Amanda Chapell (Bryanton); her spouse Byron Gamester; and her siblings, June MacKinnon (Murdock), Muriel Saunders (Frankie), Alice Gamester (Johnny) and Lorne Chappell.
She is survived by: her children, Melvin, Dale (Betty), Fay Baglole (Edgar) and Heather; her grandchild Ashley Gamester; her sisters, Shirley Graham (Donald) and Vera McBride (Earl); and her sisters-in-law, Thelma Gamester and Margaret Locke. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Davison Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Davison Funeral Home Chapel.
