She is survived by: her mother Elizabeth Waugh (Brookins); her husband Darren Billard (Beloved); her sons, Andrew, Jake and Ben of Cypress, TX.; her siblings, Steven Waugh (Judy) of Kensington and Blair Waugh (Maurina) of Summerside; her parents-in-law, Clarence and Barbara Billard of Corner Brook, Newfoundland.; her siblings-in-law, Doug Billard (Grace Dunphy) of Athabasca and Dion Billard (Amanda) of Houston, TX.; and her nephews, Daniel Waugh, Craig Waugh, Douglas Waugh, Matthew Waugh, Alex Waugh, Luka Billard and Lee Dunphy Billard. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
