James S. Carruthers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James S. Carruthers (Kensington, Prince Edward Island), born in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Stuart Carruthers and Frances K. Carruthers (Dingwell); his parents-in-law, Harold and Miriam Bernard (MacKay); his brothers-in-law, Harold Evans and Walter MacIntyre; and his nephew Winston Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Elva Carruthers (Bernard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
