It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Enid M. MacKay (Kensington, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on May 9, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Weirum MacKay; her parents, George Howatt and Jean Howatt (Stewart); her sons, Kevin and Alexander; her sister Sharon Simpson; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. Willard MacKay (Marion), Dr. W. Allan MacKay, Heather Howatt and Ola MacKay.

She is survived by: her sons, Brian (Kathy), Blake (Leona) and Marvin (Bev); her grandchildren, Lydia-Jean (Greg), Kevin (Katie), Luke (Sarah), Bryanna (Joe) and Kalina; her great grandchildren, Max, Aidan, Jack, Maddy and Hudson; her brothers, Dr. Erwin Howatt, Wendell Howatt (Marion) and Dr. Eric Howatt (Paula); and her siblings-in-law, Dr. Terry Simpson, Mary Johnson (Melville) and Nancy MacKay. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
