He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Doncaster and Ola Doncaster (Benjamin); his wife Gail; his siblings, George Doncaster, Earl Doncaster, June Doncaster and David Doncaster; and his brother-in-law Russell Wheaton.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra (Todd MacEwen); his grandson Cooper; and his siblings, Shirley Wheaton of Moncton, Dean Doncaster (Marilyn) of Carrolls Corner, Judith Carter (Bob) of Jackson's Point and Donna Conrad (Neil Moore) of Truro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
