Regan John Lewis is survived by: stepfather Jason Fraser; significant other Haley Macintyre; brother LeRoy Turpin; stepbrothers, Andrew Curley Fraser and Bradley Johnstone; and stepgrandfather Philip Fraser. Regan John Lewis is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
