He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Perry and Betty Perry (King); his parents-in-law, J. Hamilton and Doris Douglas; and his brothers-in-law, Allie MacPhee and Joey MacKenzie.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Perry (Douglas); his sons, Douglas (Martina), Patrick (Tonya) and Martin (Jenna); his siblings, Linda MacKenzie, Danny (Gail) and Billy (Tracey); his grandchildren, Daxon Bryenton, Jessica Perry, Janelle Perry, Zoey Perry, John Perry and Colin Perry; and his godson Daryl MacKenzie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
