He is survived by: his children, Shane Yorston and Shannon Batchilder (Thomas); his pet Dixie; his sisters, Donna Leger, Gloria Knock and Susan Yorston (George); and his grandsons, Jacob Batchilder and Mason Batchilder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
