He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Burleigh and Mary Burleigh (Rogers); his parents-in-law, James and Ruby Noye (Penwarden); his brothers-in-law, Leslie Noye and Bernard Noye; and his nephews, Terrance Noye and Lorne Noye.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Jean Burleigh (Noye); his children, Geoffrey Burleigh (Sharon), Troy Burleigh (Lisa) and Susan Burleigh; his grandchildren, Thomas Rogers Burleigh and Brittany Dawn Gallant; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Zacharie and Brayden; and his siblings, Leonard Burleigh (Joanne), Joan Schurman (Peter) and Elizabeth Burleigh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In memory of Rogers, In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the "Rally for the Valley" fund or to the Palliative care unit of the O'Leary Community Hospital would be appreciated.
