He was predeceased by: his spouse Shirley MacEachern; his parents, John MacEachern and Elsie MacEachern; his parents-in-law, Charlie Ralph and Geraldine Ralph; and his siblings, Gordon MacEachern, Judd MacEachern, Reigh MacEachern, Ena Worth (Gordon) and Dawn MacEachern (Gary Ford).

He is survived by: his children, Jennifer MacEachern of Toronto, ON and Brent MacEachern (Jennifer Bernard); his grandchildren, Avery MacEachern and Lexie MacEachern; his siblings, Charlotte MacLeod (Allan), Marion "Nan" Thompson (John) and Paul MacEachern (Judy); his siblings-in-law, Antje MacEachern, Claudette MacEachern, Evelyn MacEachern and Paul Ralph (Eileen); and his aunts, Marion MacKenzie and Sein MacEachern.
