With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Curtis (Crapaud, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on April 2, 2018 at the age of 1. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theophilus Curtis (Toff) and Mary Curtis; and his siblings, Norman, Kathleen, Muriel, Marguerite, Dorothy, Betty Ann and Elsie.

He is survived by: his children, Michael (Tammy), Arlene Crossman (Ashley), Leone (Jamie Taylor), Theophilus "Toff" (Donna), Dwayne, GeorgaDawn Moase (John), Cindy Buell and Catherine Whiteway; and his sibling Edith Clyke (George).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the PEI Chapter of The Children's Wish Foundation in George's honor.

“With George's passing it's the end of an era for sure. He was one-of-a-kind to say the least. What a tough ole dawg he was ... strong as an ox with a heart as soft and sweet as a marshmallow. Our sympathies goes out to all of his kids. If we were still on the island we'd stop in to express our condolences in person but regrettably we are not. It comforts me to think that perhaps ole George and my dad (Jack McKenna) are now someplace together rabble-rousing and solving the world's problems like they did in their prime many moons ago.
