He was predeceased by: his wife Minerva Cora Butler; his parents, William Butler and Hilda Butler (Harris); and his siblings, Ronald, William, Thomas, Reginald, Alan, Hilda Harper and Isobel Boltic.
He is survived by: his children, Bev Cleaveland (Ken) and David (Donna); his grandchildren, Jennifer Kelly (Ryan), Selynn Butler and Sarah Butler; his great grandchildren, Payton Kelly and Cate Kelly; and his siblings, Aubrey Butler and Doris Ridley.
