Janet Elizabeth Flack Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2019, at the age of 73, Janet Elizabeth Flack (Cornwall, Prince Edward Island), born in Summerside, Prince Edward Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Cutcliffe and Janet Cutcliffe; and her siblings, Eleanor Dawson (Paul), Gorden Cutcliffe (Ruth), Byron Cutcliffe (Margaret), Beatrice Patterson, Lois Thompson (Doug), Wendell Cutcliffe, Adele McLean and Gerald Cutcliffe.

She is survived by: her children, Stan Flack, Julie McKenna (Kerry) of Charlottetown and Dennis Flack (Shirley) of Iqaluit, NU.; her grandchildren, Quinten and Ben Flack; her siblings, Alger Cutcliffe (Elizabeth), Donna Livingstone (late Nelson) and Lynda Gardiner (late Sheldon); and her brothers-in-law, Doug Patterson and Max McLean. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre would be appreciated.
