We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2018, Herbert Hartley (Cornwall, Prince Edward Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Pearl Hartley (Cartwright); his children, Charlene MacDonald, Laura Cartwright, Andre Darville and Russ Cartwright; and his grandchildren, Anson, Chantel, Andrew, Carlos, Cecile, Angel, Chantea, Andrea, Miguel and MyKayla.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre.
