The memory of Sterling David Banks (Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island), who passed away on November 5, 2024 at the age of 67, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his in-laws, Gerald and Betty Shephard; and his nephew Jesse Gerald Doucette. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine; his son Ira (Chantelle); his grandsons, Cain and Presley; his mother Freda Banks; his siblings, Derwin (Bernadine), Kathy Rand (Barclay), Steven (Sharon), Jim (Michelle), Carolyn Watts (Dale) and Karen McQuaid (Austin); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Doucette (Terry) and Donna Joseph (Lloyd). He is also survived by uncle to his 20 nieces and nephews, as well 11 great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Belvedere Funeral Home (175 Belvedere Ave, Charlottetown, PE C1A2Y9). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
