He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Seamus MacNeill (Jim), Jim, Catherine Miller, Lulu and John Thomson; and also Mae Chappell.
He is survived by: his parents, Denton Chappell and Shannon Chappell (Miller); his sister Adalyn; his great-grandparent Shirley MacNeill (Nicholson); his grandparents, Paul and Sheila Miller (MacNeill); his uncles, Dustin Chappell (Lacey Laybolt), David Miller (Amber) and Louis Morisset (Jeannette); his cousins, Alex, Nathan, Lincoln, Levi, Evelyn, Annie and Andrew; and his great-aunts, Ann Marie Miller and Jeannie MacNeill. He is also survived by numerous great uncles, great aunts and great cousins.
Donations in memory of Seamus may be made to the QEH Foundation Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or to a trust fund for Adalyn.
