He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon "Unc" Smith and Lorraine Smith; and his sibling Terry Smith. He is survived by: his sister Trudy Mahar (Butch Stewart); his significant other Marry Adams; his nieces and nephews, Deanna Mahar (Dennis Arnburg) and Jerry Mahar; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaylee, Kelsey, Rissa and Addison.
