He was predeceased by: his daughter Maria Waite; and his parents, Reginald Waite and Madeleine Waite. He is survived by: his spouse Jacinta; his children, Megan Kohansal (Ali), Halifax, Nancy, Burnaby and Erin Preston (Kurtis); his grandchildren, Darius, Leila and Mason; his brothers, Gary Waite (Sheila), Jim Waite (Lucie Petit) and Grand'Mere; and his nieces and nephews, Johanne Waite, Matt Waite, Switzerland, Karen Waite Ambrosone, Jennifer Waite Plaseski and Gatineau.
