We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2024, at the age of 85, Noel John Palmer of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, born in Summerside, Prince Edward Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Palmer and Dorothy Palmer (McKenna). He is survived by: his wife Barbara (MacNeill); his children, Carolyn (Lenley Adams) of Charlottetown and John of Dundas, ON; his granddaughters, Meghan Adams and Olivia Adams; and his brother Malcolm Palmer (Eleanor).
