It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noel MacDougall of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett MacDougall and Mae MacDougall (Martin). He is survived by: his spouse Margi MacDougall (MacKenzie); his children, Gregory MacDougall (Carol), Deneen Ferguson (Bruce), David Bell (Patsy) and Robert Bell (Cathie); and his grandchildren, Meagan, Chad, Jillian, Natalie, Andrew, Nicholas, Amie, John, Andrea and Maria. He is also survived by great grandchildren; aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Mizpah Lodge #17 in Eldon would be greatly appreciated.
